Note: If you are fulfilling your pledge via your company’s corporate matching program, please direct your donation to the Menlo Park-Atherton Education Foundation (MPAEF - federal tax ID #94-2871701). MPAEF is the non-profit that accepts donations on behalf of the PTO’s and MPAEF during the OCC. Please fill out the pledge form below for the dollar amount of the total anticipated donation (donation + match, if applicable).
